En FLY NATURA no nos gusta poner demasiadas normas a nuestros pilotos. Sólo pedimos un poco de vuestro tiempo para pasarlo bien juntos en este apasionante mundo que es la aviación virtual. A continuación indicamos las normas básicas de la VA:

• Mantener siempre el respeto por los compañeros de la VA así como, con cualquier usuario de la red IVAO o VATSIM.
• Realizar al menos 2 vuelos reportados con el sistema ACARS cada mes.
• Mantener siempre un tono correcto e intentar simular las operaciones de vuelo (procedimientos, fraseología, vuelo en IVAO o VATSIM....) de la forma más real posible.

A nivel de la operativa de la VA indicamos la principales normas a seguir.

• Toda actividad de vuelo se debe reportar mediante SIM ACARS. Los PIREPS deben rellenarse siempre a través del ACARS.
• Cada piloto tiene asignación a un HUB. Si se desea el cambio a otro Hub, por favor enviar correo al responsable del Hub para ser asignado.
• Cada piloto tiene acceso a una serie de aviones en función de sus certificaciones (habilitaciones) y de sus horas de vuelo (rangos). Las certificaciones se obtienen a través de la formación en la escuela y con los jefes de flota.
• Cada piloto que tenga una certificación (habilitación) de un tipo de aeronave podrá volar aviones equivalentes o inferiores en capacidad operativa SOLO en vuelos CHARTER o TOURS.
• Para poder reservar un vuelo el piloto debe estar situado en un aeropuerto con una aeronave acorde a su certificación. Si se desea ir a ese aeropuerto se puede hacer un vuelo charter o pedir un traslado.
• Los errores cometidos durante el vuelo hacen que nuestra puntuación obtenida a través de ACARS disminuya al igual que el sueldo obtenido. Para poder ver estas penalizaciones podéis acceder a los "Parámetros de la VA" en vuestro menu de piloto.
• Los miembros del Staff tienen total potestad para validar un vuelo o no en base a los errores cometidos. En caso de no ser validados se expondrá el motivo al pilot en el PIREP.

At FLY NATURA we don’t want to get an enormous amount of rules for our pilots. We just only ask for some of your time to spend good moments together inside this amazing world, like the virtual aviation is. Hereunder we indicate the basic rules of this VA:

• Always keep respect for the rest of colleagues of the Va and any other user of IVAO or VATSIM.
• You almost must fly twice each month reported by ACRAS system.
• Always keep a correct tone and try to simulate the fly operations (procedures, phraseology, IVAO and VATSIM flights..) as much real as possible.

Just inside the VA operations the main rules that you must follow are:

• Each pilot is assigned to one hub, if you want to be placed in another hub please send mail to the Hub responsible.
• Each pilot get access to some aircrafts depending of his certifications and his flying hours. Certifications can be obtained throughout the School and Fleet managers.
• Each pilot with one certification in a certain type of aircraft can fly equivalent planes and with a lower operative capacity just for TOURS or CHARTER flights.
• If you want to book a flight the pilot must be placed in the departure airport with almost one aircraft that you are certified. If you want to go to this airport you can fly a charter or ask for been moved.
• Errors during our flight are linked to penalties that makes our punctuation obtained by ACARS and salary decreases. If you want to check these penalties you can access through your pilot menu to “VA Parameters”.
• Staff members gets all the authority to validate flights or not based on the amount of errors during the flight. In case of not been validated staff members will explain to the pilot the main reasons inside the PIREP.
