Natura VA es un proyecto que demanda una atención personalizada por parte del instructor y un compromiso. Desde Natura VA queremos dejar claro que este compromiso debe ser mutuo, el piloto debe ajustarse a su nivel de formación y una vez asentados los conocimientos correctamente debe aprobar el examen pertinente para avanzar en su formación. No respetar el nivel de formación en el que se encuentra el piloto puede ser tomado como una falta de respeto hacia el instructor y su tiempo. Debido a la demanda de tiempo que supone este tipo de formación la escuela tendrá un número de plazas limitadas por cada convocatoria.

Conducta apropiada:

• Los pilotos de Natura VA deben mantener una conducta respetuosa y cortés hacia otros miembros de la comunidad, tanto en el aire como en las comunicaciones por escrito.
• Se prohíbe cualquier forma de acoso, lenguaje ofensivo, discriminación o comportamiento que pueda perjudicar la experiencia de otros pilotos.

Uso de software y herramientas:

• Los pilotos deben utilizar software y herramientas aprobados para simular vuelos virtuales en IVAO.
• El uso de software o modificaciones que brinden ventajas injustas o afecten la integridad de los vuelos virtuales está estrictamente prohibido.

Comunicaciones:

• Los pilotos deben seguir las pautas de comunicación establecidas por IVAO, incluyendo el uso adecuado de radio y mensajes escritos.
• Se espera que los pilotos mantengan un tono profesional y utilicen la fraseología estándar en todo momento.

Respeto a los controladores aéreos:

• Los pilotos de Natura VA deben seguir las instrucciones de los controladores aéreos y mantener una comunicación clara con ellos.
• Se requiere un comportamiento respetuoso y cooperativo hacia los controladores aéreos y otros pilotos en todo momento.

Cumplimiento de las regulaciones:

• Todos los vuelos de Natura VA deben cumplir con las regulaciones y procedimientos de aviación virtual establecidos por IVAO.
• Los pilotos son responsables de mantenerse actualizados sobre las regulaciones y procedimientos relevantes para sus vuelos.

Uso de la marca Natura VA:

• Se prohíbe el uso no autorizado del logotipo, la marca o cualquier material de propiedad de Natura VA sin el consentimiento previo por escrito.
• Los pilotos pueden utilizar la marca Natura VA solo de acuerdo con las directrices proporcionadas por la aerolínea virtual.

Volar de acuerdo al nivel de formación:

• En el momento en el que te unes a la escuela Natura VA te comprometes a volar en línea únicamente con aviones de la categoría acorde a tu nivel de formación o inferior.
• En el momento en el que te unes a la escuela Natura VA te comprometes a volar en línea únicamente bajo las reglas y los procedimientos acordes a tu nivel de formación o inferior.

*El incumplimiento de la normativa puede ser sancionado en base a la gravedad de la infracción.

Natura VA is a project that demands personalized attention from the instructor and a commitment. At Natura VA we want to make it clear that this commitment must be mutual, the pilot must adjust to his/her level of training and once the knowledge is properly established, he/she must pass the relevant exam to advance in his/her training. Not respecting the level of training the pilot is at can be taken as a lack of respect for the instructor and his or her time. Due to the time demand that this type of training entails, the school will have a limited number of places for each call.

Appropriate conduct:

• Natura VA pilots must maintain respectful and courteous conduct toward other members of the community, both in the air and in written communications.
• Any form of harassment, offensive language, discrimination or behavior that may harm the experience of other pilots is prohibited.

Use of software and tools:

• Pilots must use approved software and tools to simulate virtual flights in IVAO.
• The use of software or modifications that provide unfair advantages or affect the integrity of virtual flights is strictly prohibited.

Communications:

• Pilots must follow communication guidelines established by IVAO, including proper use of radio and written messages.
• Pilots are expected to maintain a professional tone and use standard phraseology at all times.

Respect to air traffic controllers:

• Natura VA pilots must follow the instructions of air traffic controllers and maintain clear communication with them.
• Respectful and cooperative behavior towards air traffic controllers and other pilots is required at all times.

Regulation compliance:

• All Natura VA flights must comply with virtual aviation regulations and procedures established by IVAO.
• Pilots are responsible for staying up to date on regulations and procedures relevant to their flights.

Use of the Natura VA brand:

• Unauthorized use of the Natura VA logo, brand or any proprietary materials is prohibited without prior written consent.
• Pilots may use the Natura VA brand only in accordance with the guidelines provided by the virtual airline.

Fly according to training level:

• The moment you join the Natura VA school you agree to fly online only with aircraft of the category according to your level of training or lower.
• The moment you join the Natura VA school you agree to fly online only under the rules and procedures commensurate with your training level or lower.

*Failure to comply with the regulations may be sanctioned based on the seriousness of the infraction.
